Dr Nelson Perdue Speaks at Francis Asbury Society Conference

By admin | Feb 18, 2009

Dr. Dennis Kinlaw (pictured below) outlined his vision for the Francis Asbury Society during the spring of 1983. His conversations with church leaders around the world had convinced him that a flexible organization, firmly committed to biblical holiness, was needed. He expressed it this way: “The church has lost its salty character. I believe that we are called to do what we can to restore it.” Further, every great evangelist in a line that stretches from Paul through Augustine, Luther, Calvin, and Wesley to Billy Graham has supported the awakened church with solid christian literature.

The Francis Asbury Society is committed to this approach. Our goal is to promote the restoration of the church through the preaching of the Word.

In addition to Dr. Perdue’s ministry as a tenured evangelist, Dr. Kinlaw has invited him to serve with the Francis Asbury Society as an Associate Evangelist. We encourage you to visit the Francis Asbury Society website for further information.
